I’m Andrei, the founder of Subpage, and I want to thank you for your continued trust and support as we develop Subpage. Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping our roadmap.

Today marks a major milestone. We’re excited to announce the launch of Subpage v3.0, packed with powerful new features and a fresh perspective on lead magnet creation. (The official launch will be tomorrow at 2:00 PM CEST.)

In this update, I’ll cover all the new features and improvements we’ve implemented based on your requests. We’ve worked hard to deliver these changes in record time!

Major Updates

1. Organizations Feature

We’ve introduced the Organizations feature, allowing you to manage multiple organizations within a single account. (We changed the entire app architecture)

Each organization has its own:

• Lead magnets

• Collected leads

• Integrations

• Members

• Styles & branding

• And more

For example, if you own multiple businesses or run an agency, you can now create and manage multiple organizations and invite members to collaborate within each one.

Key points:

• Each organization has one admin (you) and multiple members.

• Existing users will have their settings migrated to a default organization—simply log in, and the migration is handled for you.

• Admins need to purchase a premium license for each organization (downgrading is possible at any time).

• Free users can create one organization with limited features.

• If your payment fails or your membership is canceled, your organizations will be blocked until the payment is updated or the number of organizations is reduced to one.

Updated Pricing Structure:

Current: $29/user (per organization)
After release:

• 1–9 organizations: $19/month per organization

• 10–25 organizations: $15/month per organization

• 25–50 organizations: $12/month per organization

• 50+ organizations: $9/month per organization

2. Webhooks Integration

You can now create webhooks per organization to integrate with external tools like Activepieces, Albato, and any other tool that supports webhooks as a trigger.

This allows you to automate actions when a lead is created in your organization.

3. Fake Email Testing

To reduce fake email sign-ups, we’ve implemented a two-layer testing system:

• Internal checks (based on criteria like MX, RFC, DNS)

• External API checks (premium organizations only)

This will significantly reduce fake email submissions.

Minor Updates

• Font Styling: Choose from a wide range of Google Fonts for headings and content on the "Styles" page.

• Header & Footer Scripts: Add scripts to the head or footer of your pages for tracking, chat integrations, etc.

• Document Access: You can now access unlocked documents multiple times within the same session.

• Page Editing Locking: When one member is editing a page, others will be temporarily blocked from editing to prevent conflicts. Real-time collaboration features are coming soon.

Other Important Notes

• For the first week after launch, users can only purchase one organization to ensure system stability.

• AppSumo Users: All current tiers will be upgraded to 3 organizations per user as a thank-you for your early support. Additional tiers (3, 10, 25, 100 organizations) will be introduced later.

• Affiliate Program: We’re transitioning to a new affiliate system. Please pause any affiliate campaigns until further notice.

• Guides, Videos, and Documentation: In the coming days, we’ll be launching in-depth guides, video tutorials, and updated documentation to help you make the most of Subpage v3.0’s new features.
