Should this be available to configure at the organization level? Or for each form?

In general I’d say Organization level might be enough, but I can imagine some users might prefer more granular options.
Perhaps the option to insert URL/edit text of the checkbox to T&C’s (which can be even within another lead magner page) on Organization level applies them across all newly created pages, and if inserted in the individual page, it overrides the Organization level’s URL?

Now you can set the terms and conditions text per Organization from “https://my.subpage.co/profile/styles"
