White-listed emails only can access gated content

The idea is to upload a csv with White-list of emails. Only those emails can access the gated content via a 2FA. Emails not in white list will be rejected upfront. This is helpful for giving access to paid content or newsletter created on subpage. We may collect payment via a gateway and the emails of paid users can be uploaded as whitelist. This will avoid you having to integrate any payment gateway within subpage and yet give benefit to creators to run paid newsletters or ebooks.
